RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are dissatisfied or need to return your purchase, you may do so up to 30 days from the date of your purchase as long as the product is in new & unused condition with any shrink wrapping still in tact and the product in undamaged condition.
Note: Due to the nature of taking sellable merchandise and altering it specific to your needs, customized game product produced by our sister company, www.customdice.com, is non-refundable for any reason, once the project has started or within 72 hours of order confirmation, whichever is less.
Please call us at 1-866-600-3684 ext 305 to get a Return Authorization number prior to shipment. --PACKAGES RETURNED TO US FOR REFUND THAT DO NOT HAVE AN RA NUMBER ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCK FEE ON THE MERCHANDISE.-- When you receive your RA number, make sure to CLEARLY write it in several places on your return package. (example: RA#23 should be visible on both sides of envelope, or 3 sides of the box)
We will, upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, credit your card account back for the purchase price of the merchandise (or to whatever payment method you have setup with Amazon if the order was checked out by Amazon). Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
If you received free shipping through a special promotion provided by Gamestation, we reserve the option to deduct initial shipping costs from your refund amount in order to recoup our shipping expense in getting the product to you.
