5Life ReviewJul 17, 2008
I've had the game of Life in the past but needed a new one because of use. My friends, family and I have always enjoyed it. It's not too long of a game and fun for all ages.

3Life Just Isn't Like This!May 24, 2008
LIFE has many ups, and downs, and this game doesn't stress it enough. Here you make a bad move, and you could turn out fine. Ultimately, the world is no piece of cake. Losing your job is a HUGE deal. Having a baby is no small undertaking, as in this game.
Yes, it is just a game, but children could be mislead.

3Life Changes Much like The New Spin on the Game BoardMay 04, 2008
After seeing reviews on here i remembered how much i enjoyed this game in my childhood sitting around friends playing this, having a movie on in the background and some chips to go along with it. Great little atmosphere the original held, this one is quite a throw off.

The game board itself took on a much more childish scheme and added multiple
rules non existent and meaningless to older fans. The game still plays out similar, but the new ideals still give me a sour taste.

Overall though it is still arguably fun, it gives anyone a chance to win. The game is luck based in many degrees which gives a new out coming
and winner almost every time.

You can select careers, obtain starter and final homes, and raise a family. The spinner is a little weaker this time around though. Many pitfalls await and many chances.

4fun, but... lacking in variety?Apr 13, 2008
I really love this game--it's fun to play with my siblings and friends, and we get a kick out of taking each others money and seeing how our lives turn out at the end of the game. The only problem is... there's not really much of a variety.

If there were more choices in occupations, I think it would be even more fun. I also with there was a choice of picking out WHERE we live, not just WHAT we live IN.

Well... that's Life, I guess...

2Too much to it!Jan 18, 2008
This game requires a lot of education before playing it. I read and reread the directions and still got confused. I'll have to study it.
