Lack of tumbling leaves a small imperfection on each dice that can easily be polished down with model-grade sandpaper.

Numbers are impressed in the plastic, but not inked. If you would like to ink your dice, use an ultra-fine-point permanent marker (ie Sharpie), or purchase the pre-inked version.

Not as Good as AdvertisedJul 20, 2009 I saw a video on YouTube that talked about how much these dice are awesome. Unfortunately, they are not all that great. Yeah, they have nice crisp edges and everything, but the d20 in my set was malformed. Some of the triangles on the d20 bubble out just slightly. This was true on more than one set. Since I bought a few sets all at once for my gaming group, I was able to look at each of them. The only set that has PERFECT was the smoky clear set. Anyway, I took a fine-tipped permanent marker to the numbers, and now everything is much easier to read. These dice have a lot of potential, but overall I would say they are just average. Given that, I will probably only buy this brand of dice from now on because they were so cheap compared to local store dice.
