GameScience makes Precision dice that will role true every time. Edges are sharp, as these dice are not tumbled like most brands.

Lack of tumbling leaves a small imperfection on each dice that can easily be polished down with model-grade sandpaper.

Numbers are impressed in the plastic, but not inked. If you would like to ink your dice, use an ultra-fine-point permanent marker (ie Sharpie), or purchase the pre-inked version.

Almost perfectApr 12, 2010 I purchased these dice for myself and I have enjoyed using them in our D&D sessions. The edges are sharp and the lack of ink allows you to personalize them with any color you choose. I really enjoy this shade of green too.
The decision to go with GameScience was fairly simple given the choices for sharp edged, ink-less dice. Unfortunately there are imperfections that cannot be cleaned up by the owner. I am fully aware of the do-it-yourself concept with these dice however there are considerable divots on a few dice that technically reduce their balance. This is why I categorize them as "Almost perfect".
