A new dimension of triangular-created Trigon pieces must be fit, tip to tip with your own pieces, on the hexagonal game board. Angles jut in every direction, so new strategies are always evolving. It's the Bermuda Triangles (486 in all) of strategy games. Think carefully! You can block-and be blocked-at any moment! Quick to learn, challenging to master. Includes recessed game board, 88 Trigon pieces in four bright translucent colors, and guide. For 2-4 players. Game play is similar to Blokus, as players try to get rid of all their pieces. The only caveat to placing a piece is that it may not lie adjacent to your other pieces, but instead must be placed touching at least one of your pieces already on the board at a corner. There is a solitaire version where one player tries to get rid of all the pieces in a single sitting.

One of the best games EVER!Sep 14, 2008 I love the original blokus so I decided to try a more complex version.
This game is sooo much fun! It gets super crazy with more than 2 people playing but it's always fun :)
My friends and I play it pretty much every week and I've gotten it for all of them as a gift at some point.
It's really just a fun, intense game that doesn't involve too much instruction.

Love it!Mar 22, 2008 I received this as a Christmas gift from my mom after telling her I wanted a few board games. She bought it because of the good reviews. This was the perfect gift for me. I love puzzles and "Tetris style" games. Soon my whole family was a fan too. My mom has since purchased the original Blokus for herself, 2 travel sizes for other family members and another Trigon for my sister-in-law. (Trigon is still my favorite version.) You can even play it online with people from all over the world!
If you enjoy puzzles, I guarantee you will not regret buying this game!

Great family gameJan 07, 2008 If your family likes to play board games, this one is great, even for 5 year olds. It has strategy, it is easy, and fun. I like it because even young children can play and win. My only suggestion is to count the pieces each time before you put the game away, and again before you play or someone may end up with a disadvantage. It is made by the same people who made Blokus which is also a great game with slightly different stategies.
